摘 要:选用丁腈橡胶(NBR)/受阻酚AO-60(质量比100/40)作为阻尼相,环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)作为相容剂,制备了NBR/ AO-60-ENR-天然橡胶(NR)橡胶复合材料。研究发现,复合材料的微观结构呈“海岛结构”,当NR/NBR质量比为60/40和50/50时,体系中出现双连续相结构。复合材料呈现两个玻璃化转变温度,分别出现在-60℃附近和-10℃附近;随着NBR/AO-60相比例的增加,在-20~40℃温度范围内复合材料的有效阻尼温域从0℃拓宽到35.9℃,且损耗因子随应变增加有小幅提升。复合材料在低应变下呈现低应力,表现出高柔性,同时其在较高应变下存在应力突变点,表现出较高的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率。

Abstract: Natural rubber/nitrile butadiene rubber/hindered phenol AO-60/epoxidized natural rubber composites were prepared by using nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR)/hindered phenol AO-60 (100/40) as damping phase and epoxidized natural rubber (ENR) as compatibilizer. It is found that the microstructure of the composites is "sea-island structure" and the co-continuous morphology appears when the ratio of NR/NBR is 60/40 and 50/50. The composite exhibits two glass transition temperatures, which occur near -60 °C and around -10 °C. With the increase of NBR/AO-60, the effective damping of the composite in the temperature range of -20 -40 °C is widened from 0°C to 35.9°C, and the loss factor increases slightly with increasing strain. The composite exhibits low stress at low strain and exhibits high flexibility. At the same time, it has a stress crack point at higher strain, showing high tensile strength and elongation at break.
